GOP and their ‘consultants’ agree with the left which is fine. De facto there is no 2 party system anymore. Everyone knows this including Obama. Shouldn’t the RNC return the money people gave them and close down before they’re sued for fraud?

11/24/12, “Consultants Advise: Bring Sporks to New Gunfight with the Left, Lloyd Marcus, American Thinker

Word on the political street from GOP consultants and the left is that Rush Limbaugh and the Tea Party cost Romney the election.  We conservatives are advised to “moderate our tone” and back away from our “extremist ideas.”

So let me make sure I understand.  Obama and company were allowed to go for the jugular, using false narratives (lies) to win votes.  They said Romney hates dogs, blacks, women, and the poor.  Heck, they even threw in the absurd accusation that Romney was responsible for the death of a working man’s wife.  Check and mate.  Game over.  Obama won.  Did anyone suggest Team Obama “moderate their tone”?

But when Rush Limbaugh exposed and the Tea Party rejected Obama’s socialistic agenda, Team Obama, which includes the mainstream media, called us racists.”…

The Washington Post likes to bully people. They automatically defame you as a “racist today if you don’t like their political favorite who may be black. They say you’re likely from a “former Confederate state.” In 2004 many people objected to black nominee Dr. Condoleezza Rice but the Washington Post was fine with that:

11/21/12, Remember When Condoleezza Rice Was Called a ‘House Nigga’?” NRO, E. Johnson

That didn’t take long. U.N. ambassador Susan Rice has yet to be nominated as secretary of state, but prominent Democrats are already denouncing opposition to her potential nomination as racist on the basis of remarks by Republican senators that she may not be qualified for the job.

Would that they had been so sensitive to racial overtones back in 2004, when the African-American nominee for secretary of state, the Republican Ms. Rice, was denounced on the Senate floor and pilloried in racialist cartoons.

Rice’s nomination, noted the Washington Post, garnered “the most negative votes cast against a nominee for that post in 180 years.” As the Senate debated her nomination, Senator Barbara Boxer charged that Rice “frightened the American people” into supporting the Iraq War; Senator Jim Jeffords accused her of being part of an effort to “distort information” in the service of “political objectives”; and Senator Pat Leahy, who voted in her favor, endorsed her by saying that her tenure as national-security adviser lacked “strong leadership, openness, and sound judgment.”

But the remarks of Senate Democrats paled in comparison to the material served up by America’s humorists. Syndicated cartoonist Ted Rall depicted Rice proclaiming herself Bush’s “house nigga.””…

11/23/12, “Washington Post Suspects Racism In GOP Opposition To Rice Nomination,” NewsBusters, Mark Finkelstein

“As I wrote this morning to the NewsBusters editor who alerted me to the Washington Post’s editorial, “The GOP’s bizarre attack on Susan Rice,” I don’t read WaPo much, but somehow assume they’re not quite as extreme as the New York Times.  Silly me, judging by WaPo’s ugly, over-the-top opinion item.

Could it be, as members of the Congressional Black Caucus are charging, that the signatories of the letter are targeting Ms. Rice because she is an African American woman? The signatories deny that, and we can’t know their hearts. What we do know is that more than 80 of the signatories are white males, and nearly half are from states of the former Confederacy.”…

It’s often said nowadays that cries of “racism” have lost much of their sting because of the way such accusations are promiscuously flung.  This editorial is a prime case in point.

Yes, welcome to the wonderful post-racial world that Barack Obama’s presidency has produced.”
